Reporting
The candidate is able
to:
- identify the type
and format of reports required within the
organisation
- produce impact
reports, summary reports and history reports for the following
target groups: the Configuration Manager, the Change Manager, the
Problem Manager, the Service Level Manager, the Availability
Manager.
